ILC: Ability to Create Recurring Sessions

When we create an ILC, we need the ability to create a recurring series of sessions.

Challenge: No option to create a recurring sessions. i have to duplicate an existing session, change date and name and have to do this for each sessions. (There is an option to create recurring parts withing one session. this is not the same). for example, i have an onboarding sessions, once every 2 week for each Newh ires joining our firm. i should be able to create a recurring series of sessions. so that each new hire can be enrolled for different sessions.

Proposed SOlution: Have the ability set a recurrence when creating sessions. so that different people can enroll for different sessions.

Who in our ORG needs this? many of our trainings are recurring and each session is for a different audience. I was an admin for cornerstone and they have it for years.

Industry: We are in Financial Services Organization

What would be the impact? :THis will save a lot of time. TOday I am creating sessions for the next year. and i am duplicating each session. imagine how much time i hav eto spend to duplicate a session for the entire year if that session is once a week?

Allow for varied session dates for ILC

Currently ILCs must have a recurring schedule with the same times, locations, etc. It would be great if this wasn't required. I have courses that are a blend of in-person and virtual ILC with dates that are at varying intervals throughout the year...

    Multi-day Session Creation

Currently there is no way to create a multi-day session for an instructor-led course. The result is that in the Learner view in the LMS, the course icon in My Courses, as well as the calendar entry in the LMS, only display the first day. And when ...

ILC Session: recurring dates should allow multiple days in one week or variable days month.

We have trainings that are held on a different days within a week or multiple varying days throughout the month. Staff are not able to get a calendar reminder to mark off the days as the system does not allow for this. WE currently have to just no...

    Allow custom reoccurring ILC sessions

Would like a custom reoccurring session option for instructor led courses. Some courses require multiple sessions but do not occur on a regular reoccurring basis. For example, day 1 may be on a Tue for 2 hours, day 2 may be on a Wed for 6 hours, d...
