We need a way to evaluate courses where content has been stagnant for x number of months. The existing fields do not work as a course could be updated well after it was added and a course could be republished for any number of reasons including small tweaks that have nothing to do with content changes. We need to be able to quickly report on all courses when they were last updated and why.
