Today, managers cannot approve course/session enrollments in Manager Experience.
I recommend adding this function to Manager Experience. Enabling this change would make the approval process more efficient and less cumbersome than the current process involving email notifications that hyperlink to Admin Experience.
This feature should be considered expected functionality. Expecting users to notice and/or find emails in order to approve an enrollment vs finding "required action" task in a central location is poor UX. This function was available in our former Saba LMS.
This change would be so much appreciated!!!! Emails are often missed and finding them back is a struggle for folks.
My workforce needs to plan how many Learners can be out of the office at one time taking training. We run a quarterly enrollment cycle. To manage our workflow. For folks like us seeing them all in one place would make staffing easier.
They could see all of their Learners who are currently pending approval and then they can make their call on what they want to move forward and who would need to rebook. Alowing them to better prioritize their needs. If you present them one by one it becomes confusing and burdensome for them to manage.
The other thing that would also be helpful, is a one over current learner supervisor approval function also accessible through manager portal for approval. Allowing us to create a Learner Nomination funnel function into the curriculum program allowing us to test folks more efficiently.
