This is causing a lot of confusion as to how the course completion is dislayed. On an employees home page their training shows as 100% complete, but it also shows that they only completed 29/30 courses which is clearly not 100%. We get a lot of this with people believing they are 100%, but we say they're not.
We would like to see you change absent 100% to absent 0% complete and to be clearly stated on the employees homepage. This will remove any confusion as to whether they have completed all training or not.
