It would be nice if the LMS would allow the admin to create an FAQ page in which the learners would be able to access and find information about specific topics or commonly asked questions. The FAQ page would be accessible to all of our company's clients and be similar to a community site, but the learners would only have a read-only view while the admin would be responsible for maintaining the site.

We have FAQ functionality available which can be configured and made available to users by creating rules to determine the appropriate audience in case some information should only be made available to a given department or set of users, and not others.
