Our company started using Service Titan due to our Company was bought by a company already using Service Titan. Both the office people would always complain about the existing program. After using Service Titan for about 6+ months, I really regret the change. Service titan is really good in having the ability to Text right on the page but it seems programming is really outdated. We are asking for statements to have more info. For example having the ability to create different types of invoices. Some customers have different locations, why not have the ability to separate the locations with their invoices showing more detail. Also the logo in the statement looks a little weird and we were told it couldn't be changed but on the videos it shows a better logo placement on statements. I would love to see future dates of service both on the statements and invoices.
