We've had some questions regarding reviewing completed online courses with the new course player. We have our portal set so that employees cannot re-enroll themselves within 3 months of completing an online course. During those 3 months, those employees have always had the option to review courses. Previously, we renamed the "Completed" button to say "Review" and when the learner clicked on it, it would launch the course and they could review it.
With the new course player, the learner has to know to launch the course and click on the "View" button (see attached screenshot #1). However, no where does it say that clicking "View" will allow them to review the course. I believe we can change the verbiage of the "View" button to say "Review Course", but the learner would still need to know they have to launch the course first.
I suggest having a separate "Review" button or some other way to make it more obvious without having to change the names of any existing buttons.
