My client is facing challenges with required state courses. This specific course requires approval upon uploading their certification. In order to approve each user, they go into the course upload to make sure they can possess their certificate. They have to do this individually. With 220+ users, which take a very long time.
Is it possible to add a "picture/pdf/jpeg" column to custom reporting? It's a requirement for the state to have these certificates submitted along with the course. Sometimes users will submit any general picture to the course upload (to bypass the course as a whole), and we want to make sure that issue is clear of this situation. Having a thumbnail for course uploads on custom reporting would be a huge help for this. Thank you!
