It would be idea to add a login popup message feature. This would allow admins to create and send out communications/events, etc. to learners after login to LMS onto Welcome/Home page.
Benefits: Setup by departments, roles, groups, users. Allow to exclude these role, user, etc. Set date ranges, time. Include links, graphs, title, etc. Allow admins to set number of notification. Allow learners to close or exit popup notification.
