Currently, if a learner who has already completed an ILC attempts to sign up for another session within the same ILC using an enrollment key, it replaces the already existing record. If there was a toggle for "enable re-enrollment" in the Enrollment Key creation menu, we could retain records for those learners who enroll in sessions this way.
