Today, if users have already completed the course, they have the option to reenroll. If admins enroll multiple users at the same time it does not "reenroll" users that have already completed the course but rather enrolls them causing the new enrollment and completion not to show in absorb without manual intervention. For admins to check each user they are enrolling in a course to determine if the user already completed the course, it very time consuming and inefficient.
YES!!!!! Can we please upvote this a million times.
If you do not realize that this was done then it really makes all of the data that you keep trash!!! It is so hard to convince management that we need this product when they use it and look and it has wrong information. It makes them question the integrity of everything they see in the reports. This issue causes so many problems as we have a lot of classes that need to be repeated yearly or every few years. I never realize that the mistake has been made until I go to run reports and have a bunch of useless bad data, then I get to go and check and change each person.
We have had this issue on this platform for 2 years, we also have to go into every account to check before than manually enrol. For a group enrol it would help to get a message stating who was already enrolled, then have an admin override function to allow you to enrol.
