Add a date for the course to be issued/assigned to a user, that way you can schedule courses for the future. The current system immediately assigns the course and puts it in the user's "My Course" but doesn't say it's unavailable until xx date until you enter the course. It also immediately sends the enrollment email. If there was an assigment date this would be solved..
