I enroll my users on to a course and then invite them to the LMS via the welcome email to self select their preferred session. The welcome email link has 7 days until it expires, and a new one must then be sent for users to access the site. I can add 'last logged in' as a column and then select those users individually that have not accessed the site (I cannot filter on =blank) so must sort and then select them individually. In addition to this I can not easily identify who has accessed the site and not booked on to a specific session. To do this I must export 2 reports, a user report with last logged in data included, and the activity report for that specific course. Outside of the LMS I must then do a vlookup and then manually sort the data in the LMS and check off these users individually. This must be actionable from users rather than the Activity report, as from Users you can then select and action 'Reset Password'.
The manual work involved is significant especially given all of the data is within the LMS, I just can't access it.
To add: the purpose of this is to enable me to identify and send tailored messages to those users who have accessed the LMS but not booked onto a session. Jenna - Performance in People
