Where dynamic fields are supported, it might be beneficial to allow learners to go outside of the bank of dynamic fields provided by the LMS in order to support their preferred layout.
For example when editing Department Templates, clients may like to have the opportunity to use a custom field for "preferred name," however these custom fields are not pulled over from Portal Settings or a learner's profile. It would be nice to either pull over those custom fields, or allow admins to edit the welcome container text box by manually inserting a double bracketed field in order to support the level of customization the client is looking for.
