We have a curriculum for onboarding a user to a particular role, and once they are complete with their curriculum, their supervisor must manually change their Job Title and reassign them to their new supervisor. If there was a way for credits or competencies, once gained by completing the entire curriculum, to change a series of fields in that user's user profile, it would make the workflow that much easier for us and prevent inaccurate reporting from the original supervisor's end.
