We'd like to have the ability to see which admin approved external training. I was hoping for a column to add that would say "approved by" or something, but there isn't one. We'd like the ability to know in case something was approved incorrectly.
Instead of adding a column that says "approved by" as this would happen after the fact that an error was made, maybe we should look at identifying the gap prior to the approval phase.
As a suggestion change the default email to add the individual's department/manager so we can see up front which admin should be accessing the external record for approval or add the column that identifies the individual's department/city automatically so we can see who should be accessing the record.
It just so happens the first record has an error and the completion date entered hasn't even happened yet. :)
