We've recently changed all our courses over to certificate expiry 2 years from date of completion.
The course activity report is our most frequently used but it does not show certificate expiry, only date attained.
That means that I need to generate a second report and cross reference it outside of Absorb to get the information all in one view. This is extra handling for me and also my partners.
I'm sending monthly reports to 17 different channel partners (listed as Departments in the LMS) on each course which is many many reports in total that I have set up and automated. Having to do a second set of reports on certificate expiry is inefficient.
Thanks Majesty, this is really good news and will be so helpful to us in managing our learners.
Much appreciate, Maria
Hey All,
The certificate expiry date has been added to the course activity report as of Q3 2024.
Here's our updated knowledge base article for more information https://support.absorblms.com/hc/en-us/articles/360063832253-Course-Activity-Report#01H5N4TERBPJXGR98897RCJ3YN
Thanks for being patient,
Majesty Igwenagu
This would be a great addition to the course activity reports. Our team has run into a similar issue with not having the expiry dates show.
