As active users of your Learning Management System (LMS) and enthusiastic advocates for its continual improvement, we would like to submit two enhancement ideas for consideration in upcoming updates to the Forms feature.
Sorting Option for Data Table Columns: One feature that we believe would greatly enhance usability and efficiency within the Forms feature is the addition of a sorting option for data table columns. Specifically, we propose the implementation of functionality that allows users to sort data alphabetically or numerically within individual columns. For instance, users should be able to sort the "User Display Name" column from A to Z or Z to A.The inclusion of this sorting option would allow users to quickly locate specific entries. This enhancement aligns with our commitment to optimizing user experience and maximizing productivity within the LMS environment.
Font Style and Size Customization for Data Table Section: Additionally, we would like to propose the introduction of font style and size customization options specifically tailored to the data table section within forms. The ability to customize font styles and sizes within data tables would be a valuable addition to the Forms feature.
I would like to see the Full Name field available in the Data Table section.
The current font when printed looks rather big on the page, so having the ability to reduce the font based would make the look better for participants to read. Also alphabetical sorting makes it easier for participants to efficiently find their name on the attendance sheet. Thank you.
