When a user was absent from a paid ILC, the absent flag should be able to trigger the repurchase option for that course. For example, if an ILC course is set up for repurchase to be possible, currently the student must be marked as a "Fail" in order to make that repurchase possible. Adding Absent as an available trigger would be helpful so records could be kept more accurately.
