If we enable "Transcribe Video" in the lesson settings (Video) then the users see two entities in the search results:

We aim to display only courses (such as Online Courses, Instructor-Led Courses, and Curricula) in the search results. The presence of video lessons as separate entities can confuse users, as they may wonder whether to launch the video lesson or enroll in the online course.
