See the attached how much more pleasing it is to the eye to have images on the folders. It is nice to show how many in the folder but an image would totally change the interface for global resources. Here see how we had to "fake" the system by creating an overall folder "resources" so all the folders would not show and then create images that linked to the folder - allowing addition of image to folder so much better!
