We currently have OSHA courses that must be completed via an external vendor site per OSHA regulations. This is a SCORM package that sits in Absorb and sends the user elsewhere, making them look idle in Absorb.
If we turn our security settings on to logout users when they are idle, it affects their use of the OSHA/SCORM course, interrupting them and giving issues. Sometimes these courses can be 30 hours of training and we don't want users to keep getting kicked out because of Absorb. ON the other hand, we DO want to secure out system and have an idle timeout option.
Short story: how can Absorb see use of SCORM/other packages as active time in the system?
Also, for extra points: how can those durations of time spend on external packages be brought back into Absorb?
