We would like to see the ability to add conditional logic such as "IF work e-mail is blank, THEN sync personal e-mail". This logic could be applied in various ways to suit specific use-cases beyond the example.
Potential Solution: Had this same problem, however we fixed it pretty easily by replicating personal email into business email field. We have an automated process that runs every night to fill in business email from mircosoft though so it was easy for me to just create an upload that fixed anyone missing a business email.
