We would like to see a report sharing functionality for Analyze Essentials implemented so that a "master" account can be marked and all other admins will automatically have the same reports in the master account when created.
This feature is necessary so the same reports don't need to be created over and over for instances with many admins.
Hi all, thanks for sharing your ideas.
I have some clarifying questions about your needs.
When you share, what behaviour do you expect?
Do you expect the shared report definition to be
Live - read- only access
Live- edit access
Snapshot copy
What level of customization or editing do you expect recipients to perform on the report?
How important is it for the recipient to take full ownership of the report?
How do you currently train or assist individuals/locations to create or edit their reports, and what improvements would you like to see in this process?
One thing I would like to see is, if I create a report layout in essentials specific to an individual/location, I'd like to share that layout with them for them to own and edit. This way I don't have to impersonate them to create their report nor would I have to give them a step-by-step process for creating the essentials report on their end. If that item in the queue is slated to do that, that is perfect.
It sounds similar to what I am thinking. I like the idea that if we create a report, then we could share out that report - so if my office creates a report of completions on a specific course for all locations (like sexual harassment prevention), I can share that out to others so that they may view it as well.

This would be an incredible feature and one highly valued by us to better support our users.
