We add and remove "departments" constantly (Departmets for us are school districts, K-12 Food service management company). So its nice that it can create departments if they don't already exist. HOWEVER, this means that I cannot create a nested department structure. If I do try, it will duplicate every department. Other option is I can't automatically create departments, but that was one of the reasons for switching.
I would like to have a way to do both. If exact name depatment already exists anywhere within absorb, assign there, if doesn't exist, create department. Doesn't need to nest automatically.
IT and Training team. 4 people to manage over 3500 employees, need all the automation we can get. This would be an EXTREME time saver.
