Currently, when a learner exits their timed assessment, the timer continues to run according to the predefined duration set upon starting the assessment. Once this duration expires, the assessment expires, and there is currently no option to pause the timer in between. This means that if, for example, a user's computer crashes, they may be unable to pick up their assessment as the timer can run out.
It would be great if the timer could be paused (manually if needed, and automatically if the browser is closed/computer crashes/after period of inactivity) please.
