Currently, we use Tasks submissions to verify some external hands-on exercises that go along with our courses. Managing the tasks from 30+ courses is very cumbersome, as tasks have to be managed one course at a time with no overview report. While this may be a complex addition to the admin portal in Absorb, we could easily manage this ourselves by building Salesforce reports and dashboards. But without task data being sent to our Salesforce environment, we have no option but to one-by-one manually report on each of the 30+ courses for task verifications.
Assigned task completion data is being added to the Salesforce Connector.
It should be available by the end of 2024.
