Improve "Indirect reports" capabilities

When a manager of managers (or higher in the organization chart) needs to determine completion of a course or combination of courses in the Manager Experience it is a number of steps to do so - toggle to include "indirect reports," select a manager's "direct reports," and then filter by the course(s) that one is tracking for completion. Bottom line, there is no easy way for this information to be located without multiple clicks, disclosure triangles, and a whole lot of filtering.

Also, the messaging on the first screen when toggling on "indirect reports" is misleading and I have had to share with other leaders to ignore the line - it only means that the chart is not going to reflect things. Click the tab of "Learners" and continue with filtering. Honestly, this could be better phrased. Thanks!

    Furthermore, as pointed out by Absorb LMS admin to accomplish the workflow above it is easier as an Absorb Admin than a manager. That is sad! Parity or at least enhancements should be made to the Manager Experience so that it is more user and manager friendly - especially for those who are managers of managers. Thanks!
