Add a function to choose the time when scheduled reports are generated.
Currently, scheduled reports that are needed monthly are generated at 0:01 on the first day of the new month. This, however, includes datasets of e.g. new employees.
It would be great to be able to generate reports at 23:59 on the last day of the month, to only include current data.
