For the learner experience, it would be great if they could see their password if needed. I typed my password in and it did not accept it. I wasn't sure if I typed it in wrong or if I used the wrong password. I would have liked to to see what I typed in to determine what I wanted to do next.
YES! A large population of our learners have low computer skills or are ESL. I can't count the amount of times they are locked out for 15 minutes. It would also help with the password reset could be sent as a code to their phone.
