I want to be able to look at historic and current 'overdue' training data to identify departments and/or individuals who are habitually late on completing their training. Determine if a late/overdue training is a "one-off" or if it is a "regular occurence".
Conversely, in order to recognize and/or award individuals/teams who are always compliant with training timelines, I want to be able to identify individuals or teams that are always on-time with their training completion or close to it.
Reporting should include capability to see actual values (# of times not compliant --> 5 trainings out of 25 were not completed on-time) or percentages of compliance (95% of a group's individuals complete their training on-time --> 95 out of 100 possible trainings were completed by the team on-time).
