In the Manager Tile, when a manager selects to send one of their direct reports a message, the direct report will receive the message as if it comes from the organization and not the manager themselves. Can you please make it so the manager's message comes to their direct report as if it is sent from them and not the organization so it doesn't come across as if the organization is sending the message that the manager is actually sending.
