I have received feedback several times within my organization regarding the same idea:
Is it possible or would it be possible to have specific/unique re-enrollment messages for different courses that automatically enroll users when they are coming due for expiration. I am noticing that users are automatically getting re-enrolled into courses and are receiving the generic template for being enrolled into a course.
I have been advised that users are wanting to know why they have been enrolled and why the course is applicable to them, as many have assumed they have been enrolled in error if they do not remember the initial time they took the training. Including this explanation in the auto-generated re-enrollment would help this but it would need to be different for each course (perhaps a setting in the messages portion of creating a course for re-enrollment messages).
