Since Absorb leverages amazonses.com, emails sent from Absorb tenants have random from/sender names like 01000191d90ea611-dbcf3cb5-1789-4d27-8959-1290a1023726-000000@amazonses.com. Since these names fluctuate, we cannot create a bypass for our anti phish system Cybergraph (Mimecast). If Absorb was to use a custom MAIL FROM domain (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/mail-from.html), we could then setup a bypass for the fixed name and prevent false positives (myabsorb emails being labeled as suspicious).
