We have a lot of issues with Manager Experience when it comes to enrolling into an ILC.
Firstly the page is confusing as you select the course, then the next step pops up 'above' where you were on the page...not below.
There is also no clear notification to advise them when they are enrolling into an ILC that they have 'NOT' chosen a session. A prompt here would be great.
We have a lot of managers enrol a learner in the course, but not the session at the same time.
It would be good if the Manager could go back into the course enrolment and select a session at any stage.
Currently we have to un-enrol the learner from the course, so the manager can go back in and enrol them correctly.
This is not very customer friendly and time consuming at both ends.
This was one of the issues raised with learners with ILCs, many learners enrolled themselves onto the course but not a session. It was updated a while ago now, so strange Absorb missed the very same issue in the Manager Experience.
