The challenge is Supervisors "un-enrolling" users from Course. Their intentions were to un-enroll from the selected "session" but did that later and deleted all transcripts of the session and unenrolled the user from the course completely.
Our goal is to have a clearly defined button outside of Edit session "session change" the supervisor will use that button to mass "unenroll user(s) from a session" or change the session date.
Yes. We too need the ability to unenroll someone from a specific session without deleting all history for the ILC. (i.e. we wouldn't want someone to accidentally unenroll everyone from a compliance course.) Protection is needed around the current 'un-enroll' feature so that we can block it for most roles. Maybe you can rename the current feature to indicate 'remove from all users history' and apply that only to the system admin role. Then and add a simple session unenroll feature for instructors who accidentally enroll the wrong user into a session.
