It would be helpful to have some indication of a Learner's "Status" on the corresponding Absorb User record in Salesforce.
At present, it is difficult to ensure consistency of activation/sync data between the two platforms. Our use case involves strategically deactivating Learners after a certain period of lapsed participation in our programs. To do so, we are okay with manually mass deactivating Learners in Absorb, but we need to somehow see that action represented in Salesforce to ensure alignment of the Contact's Sync to Absorb data point (without having to review folks one-by-one). It would be awesome if we can leverage the relational reporting in Salesforce to verify both actions have been completed. The existing "Active" checkbox on the Absorb User is misleading since it doesn't relate to the "Status."
For a start, it would be sufficient if this indicator was simply informational (i.e. a read only field). It would be even better if the field type was text so we can trigger follow-on automations from the mapping in Salesforce!
