Allow course equivalencies for ILCs not just online courses.
We would like to make an ILC course equivalent to a generic ILC name. We would like to see course equivalencies for ILC's not just online courses.

Online Courses have the option to be linked with "equivalent" courses. Having this "not" set up for ILC sessions seems odd as it would definitely be something we would use!
