Right now, the manager experience does not hold any information that allows the the manager to HELP their DR learn and grow, except for seeing completion and final scores.
It would be extremely beneficial to open up visibility to allow manager to easily see assessment questions and answers, and the details/feedback from observation checklists, etc.
