If within the messages section of each course, in the custom options, instead of just the toggles for Supervisor or Admins, an option could be added to manually enter an email address(es) to be cc'ed.
For example, say our Accounting Manager wants to be aware of any sessions we hold regarding purchase requests so they can join if they're available. I could enter the Accounting Manager's email within the course instructor notification option so they see anytime we create/update a session.
Or maybe Safety wants to be notified of any failures for a specific course, we could add their email to the failure option.
Agree, we need our security team to know when staff complete courses so they can adjust their badge access. Currently we have to use Outlook rules to forward on which is flawed as one slight change to a course name and they break.
