It would be helpful for activity reports to include all past course completions by individuals who re-enroll in the course. Currently we have trainings that require individuals to re-enroll and retake them periodically, every 1-2 years. As it now stands, when these individuals re-enroll, then their new enrollment overrides their past completion in the course activity report. While each individual's past completions are reflected in their transcript, reviewing individual's transcripts aren't really feasible when we have a large number of individuals re-enrolling in courses. If the course activity report could maintain a record for each time the course was enrolled into. See the attached spreadsheet for what that report might look like.
