Cannot link to a specific course unless the learner has accessed the SSO already that day. The course link directs learners to the dashboard instead of the specific course.

It is fantastic to be able to link to courses, but since most companies use SSO for security reasons, it is very likely that a person clicking on the link in an email, newsletter, social media post won't be signed into their SSO. Being sent to the LMS dashboard after signing in defeats the purpose of the links. Perhaps an update to your integrations is needed to accommodate this.
