Why, who, how
Why - currently you can only have one billboard container design on any learner dashboard, regardless of the number of containers (they can be added but effectively duplicates). This enhancement would allow for content to be specific to each container.
Who - this would enhance the learner experience and allow greater opportunity to find/digest content personal to them. For example a leaderboard at the top of the page for topical/seasonal campaigns and further billboards as you scroll down that could be targeted for other content such as persistent course series or collections.
How - an upgrade to the billboard editor to specify which billboard container the content should be included upon.
