It would be nice if course "Notes" would be an option to export on the Courses report page. Description is an option on this report which is helpful, but it's also what the learner sees. We want to start utilizing Notes within a course to help keep track of details not meant for the learner to see. Having "Notes" as a column option would allow us to pull a report of all active courses and see all of the information on that course at a glance, rather than having to go into each course to review its details. Yes! Any update on this? We need to be able to report on both the Certificate notes and the More>Notes areas!
We keep course accreditation information in the Completion -> Notes section of the course settings so that the information is put on a learners certificate of completion (see screenshot).
Sometimes we need to report attendees manually and every 2 weeks I am emailed a credits report with the names of people who have finished a course and need to be reported. I have to go into each course that has been completed and check the special course number in the notes section to be able to find the course in the registry. It would be great if the course notes section could show on wither the Course Summary or Credits report. The Credits Report is the most helpful option but not sure if it would be possible so the next best would be the Course Summary Report.
