We have looked into integrating a chat feature from another system into the absorb platform through IT coding and have not had luck. We would love to see absorb come out with a chat feature like the one on Absorb.com (Absorb-Bot) so we are able to have our team members chat with customers immediately on the spot with questions and wayfinding needs.
I would like to see this feature available as well!
Yes! It's 2024. Chat bots, even simple ones, are everywhere. As the original poster said, Absorb.com has one. Should be easy enough to help folks with signing in, resetting passwords, etc. Even something simple that could handle 5 common issues would be great.
This could be added easily by adding a base html widget within the site.
