We have the default evalution questions linked to online courses and to ILCs. It would be great to have an option to generate a report for a certain time frame to view the feedback as we have a lot of courses and selecting the courses one by one is not very time efficient.
With over 300 courses, the task of monitoring evaluations takes around one day to complete. This is very inefficient and leads to us checking the data on a reduced frequency. In other LMS I have used, I was able to get a report of all data that I could export to excel and use filters and pivot tables to analyse the data. This allowed us to make tweaks to the content more regularly to ensure a high quality product that was fit for purpose.
This is such a pain. We spend hours each month reporting on LSAT and have to manually go through each course is very time consuming and out-dated.
Thanks for sharing your use-cases, multi-entity reports are certainly on our radar as we iterate in the reporting space. Please stay tuned for our reporting improvements in this area.
Every month I have to report on our average evaluation scores for every course which has taken place that month, ILC and online courses which have been completed.
I also have to look for any "standout" comments in all the evaluation answers to identify anything which may need addressing for continuous improvement.
As we have evaluation on every course it is very time consuming to go through and produce a report individually for each course. Having the option to report on all courses within a particular time period would vastly improve productivity.
We want to report on our average evaluation score across all courses, and this has to be done individually by course, and then combined outside of Absorb. We were excited about using evaluations within Absorb, but for this reason we ended up finding another solution instead. The timeframe option for all courses would be helpful too. Evaluations for all courses for the last month, quarter, year, etc. It was really time consuming going to each report and many times there would not even be new responses. We ended up scheduling reports to send via email, but that still involved opening up a bunch of reports.
Hello, thanks for sharing this idea.
Could you share your use-case for reporting on course evaluations?
Greed, we need a quick way in order to view evaluations.
We have hundreds of courses. It is unrealistic for me to click through one by one, not knowing if any have evaluations that were submitted.
Yes! We have evaluations for every course and have 3 text entry questions. Not only do we have to go to an individual course, but we also have to open individual questions in order to see write in answers.
