Advanced Filtering for Courses - By Language

I don't see any way to search the catalog for courses in a specific language (on the learner side).

Existing Advanced Filtering options of Tags, Venue Location, Venue Type, and Vendor don't cover language needs. I realize that I could use the Tags feature to set up language-specific filtering, but that's not intuitive for a learner to search that way.

If we could use the already existing language field in the general section of the course editing window to also show in the learner experience so users can filter by the language that would be amazing.

Thank you for your idea. That is correct, tags could be utilized to specify the language of a course on the Admin Experience side and then the learner could filter with that language tag (e.g. Spanish). Our auto-tagging feature can also be used if your Course Titles or Descriptions already include the language in the title to automatically generate that tag for you.

Another option, again if you are specifying the language in the Course Title, is for learners to Search on course names using either the a) global LE Search at the top of the Learner Experience or b) Course Name search on the Catalog (image attached) to find courses for a particular language.

If we were to add an additional Filter to the Catalog for language, this would likely require that we key off of the "Language" setting in the General section when adding/editing a course, correct?
