Include "Date edited" in course enrolment rules

Would be good if course enrolment rules could filter by "Date edited" such as for cases where existing accounts that get updated after a certain date could then be automatically enrolled in a course.

allow the days until due to be edited on the enrollments report

Today, due date is created once at the time of enrollment and cannot be changed. If you were able to revise the days until due on the enrollments report, we could essentially change the due date without a new enrollment.
