Not allow Admins to see their Supervisors training records

When someone is a created Admin roll have a rule stating they can see the people in their department minus those that they report to. This way they have access over the people who report to them, and not the people that are their supervisors.

Default Items Per Page Increased

Bring back the ability to select main folders for coures when enrolling users

Before the Admin Experience update. Admins were able to select the main folders for courses which would then in turn select all of the folder contents as well. This no longer occurs, please bring back this ability.
