Allow user to enroll in course if not complete pre-req, just not allow to take couse
Course has check mark that says allow user to enroll in course if not complete pre-req but it does not allow them to do it. need to allow them to enroll and pay just not take class if not finish pre-req

Similar to courses, I'd like to see an option where the learner can rate a global resource. We want our employees to be able to load their own resources. With that, we'd like to give other employees/learners the ability to rate them.

"Failed" button to be renamed to "Re-Take" or "Re-Attempt"
Whenever a learner fails a quiz, it shows a button named "Failed". Rather than that if that button appears as "Re-attempt" it suggests the users that s/he can retake the quiz
